The staff was incredible. I have never stayed at hotel with staff that were this happy to serve us and made our stay literally as comfortable as possible. We we had to make an early flight they were up and had breakfast ready for us. The location was great. It was right in the middle of everything, plenty of shopping and restaurants. We stayed only two nights, but enjoyed both immensely.

We had some problems with the shower temperature. We didn't communicate to the staff who I'm sure would have fixed it as soon as they could.

We had a great time at the Manor hotel in Hanoi, the hotel staff was excellent, attentive and helpful. The hotel is amazing, you don't want to leave if you don't have to. The restaurant for breakfast were great along with book store. I like some books here. and the travel info are all available inside this big Hotel. Hotel is new and so clean. We will be back.
